Who we are approved by, and how you are covered.
All surf schools that operate within the Bass Coast Shire must have permission to operate their business on the various surf beaches on Phillip Island.
Pro Surf Coaching is proud to be a registered Tour Operator and Activity Provider with Parks Victoria. We also hold an event licence with Phillip Island Nature Parks.
Pro Surf Coaching has extensive public liability insurance that provides insurance for our students when surfing and skating, and our transportation services.
All Pro Surf Coaches are also covered by public liability insurance.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up until 24 hours prior to your lesson for a full refund. Any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
Waivers
All students must sign our waiver before taking part in a lesson or program.
Conditions
Wherever possible we will try and keep to original booking times. In the event of unsuitable weather, bad tides or a lack of suitable conditions, lesson time, day and location may be changed at the discretion of Pro Surf Coaching.
