We are Pro Surf Coaching Academy, a surf school based at Smiths Beach on Phillip Island. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. Last updated August 2026.

What we collect

If you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. That is it. We do not ask for anything else and we do not have accounts or logins on this site.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. Enquiries are emailed to us and a copy is kept in a log on our web server so nothing gets lost if an email fails to arrive. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email and in the server log so we have a record of what was asked and what we said. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us at Amorimbrothers@yahoo.com.br and we will remove it.

Third parties this site uses

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the person filling in our form is not a bot. It sees your IP address and browser details. It does not use tracking cookies.
• SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email to us.
• Google Maps provides the map on our contact page. Loading that map tells Google you visited the page.
• Google Analytics tells us which pages people read, with IP addresses anonymised. It does not tell us who you are.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics may set one to tell a returning visit from a new one.

Photos and video of lessons

We often take photos and video during lessons, both for coaching analysis and sometimes for our social media. If you would rather not appear, tell your coach on the day and that is the end of it.
